No Equipment CrossFit Workout No. 9

The workout I’m posting this week involves a run, squats, and burpees.  3 Rounds.

Run should be a sprint and not a jog.

Squat form is the same as in the 2nd workout I posted.

And you can see a burpee in this video (minus the ring pullups at the end).
