Continuing my series of workouts, no equipment workout 6 includes pushups, situps, and squats.
The goal is strict pushups, no knees. That is the goal but if you do decide to do knee pushups just make a note of it when you post your time.
Situps, not crunches. Roll a sweatshirt under the small of your back if you need lower back support. It also helps with a wider range of stomach muscles being worked.
