The workout this week is pushups, situps, and squats.
Same deal as before.
Goal is “guy” pushups, no knees. That is the goal but if you do decide to do knee pushups just make a note of it when you post your time.
Situps, not crunches. Roll a sweatshirt under the small of your back if you need lower back support. It also helps with a wider range of stomach muscles being worked.
