No Equipment CrossFit Workout No. 10

This week’s new no-equipment workout includes pushups, squats, sit-ups, and jumping jacks.  100 of each of them, for time.

I’d been doing Insanity pretty consistently but this past week I had serious neck and back pain going on.  Needless to say, I’ve scaled back and been recouping.  Here’s to hoping I can get back in a grove soon.
