Ingredients
½cupbuttersoftened
¾cupsugarxylitol, or other sweetener
3bananassoftened and mashed
2eggs
1tsp.baking soda
2cupsprouted wheat flourI used white wheat & kamut
¼tsp.salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream the butter and sugar together until thoroughly blended. Mix in the mashed bananas and eggs.
Blend in flour, salt and baking soda.
Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until the bread is baked throughout.
