This super easy green smoothie recipe is loaded with nutrient-dense ingredients. The main players in this green smoothie are lime, mango, banana, kale (or spinach), orange, and chia seeds. I have some substitution options but if you do substitute some of the fruit, be sure to still include the banana, orange, and lime.

Ingredients
6ice cubes
1bananafrozen is best
½orangepeeled
1c.mangofrozen
1tbsp.lime juiceabout ½ a lime
45gramskaleor 1 small handful
½tbspchia seeds
¼ccold wateror more if needed
sweetener of choice, if needed
Instructions
Place all your ingredients into a blender in the order listed, except the sweetener.
Place your lid on your blender and blend up the ingredients.
If you need additional liquid to get to a drinkable consistency, add more cold water.
Once your smoothie is blended to your preferred consistency, test for sweetness and add enough sweetener for your tastes. Enjoy!
