Ingredients
1head of cauliflowercut up into florets
1lb.ground beefbrowned
1c.sour cream
1c.mayonnaise
1tbsp.onion powder
½c.baconcooked and cut up
¼c.buttermelted
1 ½tbsp.ranch seasoning
1 c.shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place the cut-up cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl, cover loosely, and microwave on high for 4-6 minutes, or until tender.
Drain the cauliflower of all the water and place the cauliflower and the cooked ground beef into an ungreased 9 X 13-inch pan.
In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, onion powder, bacon, butter, and ranch seasoning.
Pour the cream mixture into the pan and gently toss the sour cream mixture with ground beef and cauliflower.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10 minutes more.
